Vigoris plans add a one-time $2,000 setup. Prices checked Nov 2026, as published on each company's own pricing page on that date. 01What counts as a call?
A call counts when Vigoris Inbound answers it and it lasts at least 10 seconds. Spam, hang-ups and calls forwarded to you by the fallback don't count. Website chat isn't metered.
02What happens if I run out of calls?
You're in control the whole way. We alert you at 80% and again at 100% of your included calls. Once your included calls are used, calls forward to your existing number until you add a pack or move up a plan. Nothing is added or charged without your OK.
03Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is a one-time $2,000 on every plan, plus $500 per additional location, because it's done for you. Christopher sets up a dedicated local number for your receptionist, builds its knowledge from your business, edits your website and Google Business Profile, connects your calendar, sets up call and booking tracking, sets and verifies forwarding to your existing number, and runs test calls with you before you go live. Your existing phone service stays as it is.
04Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice and no minimum term.
05Does Starter include website chat or online booking?
No. Starter is the phone receptionist only. Website chat that answers questions and books, plus a Book Now link for your website and an appointment link on your Google Business Profile (where Google supports it for your category), start on Steady Line.
06Will your AI tell me prices if I call or chat?
No. Our own receptionist and website chat don't quote Vigoris plan prices. They'll point you to this page or book you a call with Christopher, who can walk through which plan fits.
