Who we are
Vigoris Labs sets up and runs done-for-you AI for local small businesses. Vigoris Inbound is our AI phone receptionist: it answers calls, books jobs and tells the owner what happened. We're based in Midland, Texas Being confirmed, and we serve businesses anywhere in the US, with in-person meetings in Midland and Odessa.

Why we built it
Founding story: draft pending Christopher's approval
Christopher Taylor spent about 17 years behind a service counter Years and where being confirmed. He saw how often the phone rang while he was with a customer, and how that call went to the next shop. Local service owners don't have a marketing problem. They have a missed-call problem. Vigoris Labs exists to fix it.
Our first deployment
Danny's Automotive, Midland, Texas
Our first deployment is at Danny's Automotive in Midland, Texas, where Lauren, our AI receptionist, has answered over 7,000 calls and raised the shop's booking rate from 53% to 73%.
The founder
Christopher onboards every client himself
Every Vigoris Inbound client starts with a call with Christopher, and he sets up each one personally: the questionnaire, the knowledge base, the local number, the changeover, the website and Google listing, the calendar, and a test run together.

01Who's behind Vigoris Inbound?
Vigoris Inbound is built by Vigoris Labs, and Christopher personally onboards every client. He sets up your number, your receptionist's knowledge, your calendar and test calls himself; nothing goes live automatically. You can meet him on a free fit call, about 20 minutes, by phone or video, or in person in Midland or Odessa.
02Do you record my customers' calls?
Yes. Vigoris Inbound records every call, and you can play it back in your dashboard alongside the transcript and summary. Callers are told the call is recorded at the start. Recording rules differ by state, so this isn't legal advice; talk to your own lawyer about your obligations. Recordings and transcripts appear only in your dashboard.

03Where does my customers' data go and who can see it?
With Vigoris Inbound, call recordings, transcripts, summaries and bookings live in your private dashboard, separated from every other business. Customer phone numbers are used only for confirmations and reminders, never marketing. On offboarding you can export and delete your data. Details are in our Privacy page.

04Will I get my own phone number? Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. Vigoris Inbound gives your business its own local number, never shared with anyone. You can put it on your website and ads, or keep your existing number and forward it to Inbound. Christopher sets up the forwarding with you during onboarding, and fallback calls ring your phone.
05Will customers trust a business that uses AI?
Vigoris Inbound protects trust by being honest and useful: it never pretends to be human, answers in your business name, gets callers booked or to you, and never leaves them stuck in a loop.
06Which businesses is Vigoris Inbound for?
Vigoris Inbound is for US service businesses that live on calls and appointments: auto and home services, contractors, law firms, real estate, insurance and accounting, salons and barbers, vets, groomers, fitness studios, cleaners and offices. It isn't offered to dental, medical, chiropractic, therapy, mental health or pharmacy businesses. Check fit on a free call.
