Vigoris Inbound Terms of Service

These terms, which also serve as the end-user license agreement, cover Vigoris Inbound and the vigoris.ai website.

These pages cover Vigoris Inbound and vigoris.ai only. Policies for all Vigoris Labs products are at vigorislabs.com/privacy and vigorislabs.com/terms.

"We" means Vigoris Labs Legal entity name to be confirmed, Midland, Texas Address to be confirmed. "You" means the business using Vigoris Inbound or a visitor to vigoris.ai.

License

We give clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vigoris Inbound for their own business while their account is in good standing. We keep all rights to the software.

Acceptable use

Don't use Vigoris Inbound to break the law, send spam or unwanted texts, mislead callers, harass anyone, or try to break into, copy or resell the service.

Call recording, consent and AI disclosure

You are responsible for following the laws in your state and your callers' states about recording and transcribing calls, getting consent, and telling callers they're talking with an AI. You choose whether your receptionist announces it's an AI; it never claims to be human. You're also responsible for having consent to text your customers. This isn't legal advice; talk to your own lawyer.

Book a Call and website chat

By sending the Book a Call form or using the chat, you agree we may contact you about your request by phone, text and email, as described in our Privacy Policy. Chat answers are general information, not a binding offer.

Fees

Fees, billing and any trial terms are agreed separately in writing with each client.

No guarantees

Vigoris Inbound is provided "as is." AI can make mistakes, such as mishearing a caller or booking the wrong time, and phone and text networks can fail. We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or bring any particular number of calls, bookings or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim Liability cap to be confirmed.

Termination

You can cancel subject to your separate agreement. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or don't pay. On cancellation you can export your call data.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Midland County, Texas Venue to be confirmed.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top and email clients about big changes. Continued use means you accept them.
